Iprod is the spin-off of Linari Engineering, which has been operating for over 15 years in the field of
industrial automation. Iprod (Manufacturing Optimisation Platform) is a platform integrated with IoT (Internet of Things), Artificial Intelligence and Cloud technologies aimed at increasing the productivity and agility of SMEs and large manufacturing companies, through the collection, management and optimisation of information relating to key operational areas (Production technology, Production planning and monitoring, Preventive and extraordinary maintenance, Management of material and tool purchasing).
Specifically, it is a professional multi-tenant solution that enables the seamless uploading, monitoring and sharing – in real time – of information from the company (e.g. quotation, sales order, purchase order, work order and technological parameters, etc.).
The platform, using purely Cloud technology, can be easily expanded at any time, enabling a progressive digitalisation of the company. In order to optimise the supply chain and forecast the data required for completion, every shared Work Order is continuously updated by the supplier regarding the actual available quantity and synchronised, in real time, with the buyer’s production Gantt chart.
Real-time information on production progress can be provided by operators via app, website or an exclusive IoT Tablet to connect in a plug&play manner with the production machine (using Alleantia.com technology for real-time connection).

How it can bring value to the textile industry

The use of the platform would allow the company to benefit from a virtual environment for collaboration and integration of internal and external information flows from companies in the textile supply chain. The platform is also integrable in a plug&play manner (Alleantia technology) with all industrial machinery typical of the textile industry to provide timely, accurate and cost-effective information.
