The third PRISMA location is housed in a striking new building: a former factory, a fine example of urban regeneration, a former workshop acquired by the Municipality of Prato and redeveloped through the PIU PRATO urban regeneration project funded by the POR FESR 2014/2020 programme.  
PrismaLab is a multi-purpose centre serving the city and its productive fabric. It will host activities promoted by the Municipality of Prato to support entrepreneurship, particularly among young people, through the startup and coworking area and the Punto Giovani Europa – Informagiovani, as well as socio-cultural functions, a book lending point and a study/events space.

It comprises 1,000 sq m of brand-new spaces including:

• a study/events space open to everyone and available for study activities, with access to the media library, Wi-Fi network  and audio-video equipment. Ideal for organising events and initiatives;
• two large coworking rooms for startups, equipped with adequately separated workstations, Wi-Fi and fibre connection, a private meeting room and soundproofed booths for calls;
• a bar coworking area for leisure, socialising and shared study.

Outside, a public square with benches and trees, destined to become a community gathering place.
