The guidance desk, established by the Municipality of Prato in coordination with the Invitalia Agency of the Ministry for Made in Italy (MIMIT), represents a first point of contact for those who need guidance among the incentives and support measures available to businesses: from financing for innovative startups to those aimed at SMEs, from financing with social impact to those for digital  transformation. The assistance also covers additional  services to support businesses: training, open innovation, networking.
