The Union of Young Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Prato (UGDCEC) is a non-profit organization whose objectives include promoting and integrating members, studying the profession's issues and challenges, facilitating mutual support for starting the profession, providing assistance to its members with all available means and in all circumstances where its intervention is appropriate and necessary, organizing courses, conferences, scholarships and competitions, promoting and organizing any initiative aimed at facilitating the practice of the profession, as well as charitable initiatives and recreational events to encourage a sense of community among members and professionals.

The Association of Young Lawyers of Prato (AIGA Prato Section) is a non-profit organization founded in 1989 that aims to protect the rights of the legal profession within the Prato Bar, guarantee appropriate professional training for trainees and young lawyers, contribute to promoting the specialization of young lawyers and facilitate their access to the practice of law.

It also monitors respect for fundamental human rights and in particular the right to effective defense and a fair trial of reasonable duration.

Among its purposes are also those, through contributions to the activities of AIGA National, of strengthening the defense function both in state jurisdiction and in alternative dispute resolution methods and disseminating the values of the legal profession, reaffirming its constitutional relevance and specificity in integration processes with social and economic realities.

To do this, the association organizes scientific, cultural and social activities; promotes and maintains relationships with local representatives of the legal and judicial world, institutional and political, social and cultural; contributing to national activities, it studies, proposes and supports solutions, including regulatory ones, corresponding to the evolution of the demand for justice and the legal profession; it promotes and supports the presence of young lawyers in forensic and judicial institutions and bodies, both local and national.

The commitment of UGDCEC Prato and AIGA Prato Section for PRISMA-Prato Industrial Smart Accelerator

Thanks to the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding with the Municipal Administration, AIGA Prato Section and UGDCEC Prato will be able to use the PRISMA-Prato Industrial Smart Accelerator spaces to promote their activities, support the principles and objectives of the project to communicate and raise awareness among their members and in general among Lawyers and Chartered Accountants, registered with the respective Orders of Prato, on the importance of specific training in the sectors that PRISMA deals with in order to provide correct support to local businesses and with reference to agreed initiatives, make available their human resources and their institutional, professional and young professionals network, both at local and national level, for the most effective achievement of the common objectives set by the memorandum of understanding with operational methods that will be agreed upon from time to time.
