Piazza Giovanni Ciardi, 25 - at the PIN of Prato

The research laboratories of the CTE (House of Emerging Technologies) PRISMA are located at the PIN University Hub of Prato. The area allocated by PIN to the CTE is approximately 300 sq m and includes:

• the IoT (Internet of Things) laboratory coordinated by Prof. Lorenzo Mucchi
• the AI (Artificial Intelligence) and 5G laboratory coordinated by Prof. Tommaso Pecorella
• the BC (Blockchain) laboratory coordinated by Prof. Mauro Lombardi.

Within the premises there are also some workstations for the startups selected by the PRISMA project each year.

Thanks to the participation of Estracom in the project, all nodes of the PRISMA network — the three CTE PRISMA locations in Piazza Ciardi 25, via Galcianese 35, and via Pistoiese 158, as well as the laboratory premises of PRISMA partners in the area — benefit from fibre optic connectivity and value-added services for guaranteed operations even remotely.
