The measures provided

Law no. 234 of December 30, 2021, concerning the "State budget forecast for the financial year 2022 and multi-year budget for the three-year period 2022-2024" and, in particular, Article 1, paragraph 658, which, in consideration of the significant impact related to the COVID-19 health emergency and the need to protect and relaunch the production chain of the Prato industrial district, allocates to the Municipality of Prato a contribution of 10 million euros for the year 2022, for economic support to textile sector businesses in the Prato industrial district.

The decree provides for a contribution of 10 million euros that will be disbursed to the Municipality of Prato, which must use them to support textile district businesses, according to this breakdown:

• 8 million euros: to support business projects, to be distributed through specific calls for proposals;
• 2 million euros: to be used by the Municipality of Prato to support the implementation of system projects
