The calls are managed from an administrative point of view by the Pistoia-Prato Chamber of Commerce. It is possible to consult all the information on the calls also from the CCIAA web page.

Projects with high innovation and sustainability content are eligible, capable of increasing the competitiveness of the proposing companies and with positive effects on the Prato industrial district, aimed, alternatively, at the implementation of: 

• investment programs;
• industrial research and/or experimental development activities. 

The projects must be attributable to one or more of the following intervention lines: 

1. Socio-environmental sustainability of production. In this area, interventions for energy efficiency or for the reduction of energy supply costs may be financed; for the ecological transition of the company and the adoption of solutions adhering to the circular economy paradigm; for the prevention and protection of health and safety in the workplace, also including actions to strengthen the culture on prevention and protection standards; 
2. Technological and digital transformation and company innovation. In this area, interventions that promote the digital transition of the company and the adoption of enabling technologies and interventions aimed at introducing product or process innovations into the activity of the proposing company may be financed; 
3. Strengthening of the production chain. In this area, interventions for organizational restructuring of the district may be financed, through the creation or consolidation of tools for sharing and integrating activities, knowledge and skills related to the textile sector supply chain, through the creation of suitable sharing or facilitation platforms and structures, capable of promoting innovation and internationalization of textile sector companies. 

To date, 6.5 million in resources have been allocated to 111 district companies.
